If you wish to settle in the UK permanently, you will need to prove that your English language ability is at CEFR* level B1.
The PTE Home B1 test is approved by UK Visas and Immigration government agency for both settlement (indefinite leave to remain) and citizenship applications.
You will use a computer and headset to listen to, read, and answer questions. PTE Home B1 has 32 questions and lasts up to 22 minutes.
PTE Home B1 measures your English speaking and listening skills at CEFR* Level B1.

PTE Home B1 test offers all test takers incredible flexibility. Test results are typically delivered in just 5 working days (and typically within 48 hours).
Test results are either Pass or fail.
